Shipping Policy:
Orders placed by 12:00pm Mountain Standard Time will normally ship within 3-5 days. Orders received on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day and will normally ship within 3-5 days after processing. If an item is unavailable you will be contacted immediately.
Shipping fees apply to all orders placed through the libertypuzzles.com website.
All items will be shipped via UPS unless other arrangements have been made with Liberty Puzzles directly.
Shipping fees are $8.50 for the first item for domestic orders and subject to current UPS fees for overseas and orders to Canada. Each additional item will be charged a shipping fee of $3.00.
A charge of $1.49 Handling Fee will be added to the order at checkout..

Do you allow orders where the shipping address is different from the billing address?
Yes we do, however the address must be a physical address and not a P.O. Box. Sometimes a shipping delay may occur if our fraud prevention measures require further verification of the order.
How do you calculate shipping costs?
If the order is being shipped by a parcel carrier, such as UPS, we verify the shipping costs through the carrier's real time cost utilities.
Can I ship to multiple addresses with a single order?
No, currently, if you need to ship to 2 or more addresses, you will need to process additional orders for each address.
How long should it take to deliver my package?
Most orders arrive within 7 to 14 days depending on the shipment method selected. If you need expedited delivery please contact us via phone to ensure that we can meet your delivery schedule.
I am not a U.S Customer. Will you accept my order?
Yes, non U.S shipments require payment via bank draft or wire prior to shipment.
