You may exchange a puzzle that has not been out of its box (eg., out on a table). Please carefully pack in a shipping box and ship back to us with a note detailing your request. Please be as specific as possible in your note about your circumstances and why you are exchanging the puzzle.
Please include $12 for shipping (lower domestic 48) and $10 for restocking fee.
